Terry, and helper, Lee, where able to arrive same morning I called to resolve pin-hole leaks in basement drop ceiling. Finished inside 30 minutes. Gave advice on other trouble spots I was concerned about and what it might take to correct. Agreed there was no immediate concern.
Checked my other problem with kitchen sink pullout faucet that would no longer turn side-to-side. Not able to free it up without possible additional damage. Gave good choices about what I could buy locally to replace unit. They were able to install my better-quality replacement two days later, in half an hour, at my preferred time. Couldn't ask for better service.
