We used Armstrong Comfort to have a new furnace and heat pump installed. 3 weeks later and the work still isn’t complete. The people who came to install the system blamed their office for giving them the wrong thermostat. During this process we had more than a few nights below freezing temps. My wife called and left messages but never received a call back. Once we finally got a technician out to install the thermostat it was wired wrong and caused the systems fan to run continuously unless I turned the whole system off. They had sent another technician who was able to wire everything correctly and did fix the problem but said an installer would need to come back to make everything look nice again. Today a couple guys came back and did something but now nothing works. Each time someone came out they would just leave after doing whatever they did without briefing us or telling us when someone would return. This entire project has been a complete nightmare. We will never use Armstrong again.
Edit to the owners response. If you didn’t read the entire post. We did call and text. Yesterday alone I called in 6 times before one of your employees answered. It hasn’t been that easy to get ahold of you guys.

Our furnace suddenly stopped working. We called for assistance after hours thinking that we would have to wait for service the next day. They came out that night and got our furnace working again. I will use them everytime I need service!
