Just purchased a home, are 1st full day here are water heater was leaking with no obvious signs of a leak, Dan actually took his time, explained things to me and took the time needed to find the problem, I got a new water heater under warranty in about 3 to 4hrs total from the start of my call!

Chris did a great job. He found the problem and fixed it. I was hesitant to review this right away because I wanted to make sure the system continued to work well. It is working well. I am very grateful to Chris for his knowledge and skill in repairing my Mitsubishi system.

Matt Mertz plumbing was awesome. Dan was very nice and knowledgeable. He replaced the sink and shower drain pipes. They worked around my schedule and were able to accommodate the time I requested. Maryann was also very helpful over the phone and answered all my questions and helped me with the membership which got me a great discount on the repair.

Electric was restored to my kitchen. A old fashioned screw in fuse was out and lo and behold the fuse box for it was in the unfinished half of the basement ! Yes I'm satisfied to have this issue resolved.

My unit was leaking. Found it Tuesday and had a appointment on Wednesday to get it checked. I had multiple meetings on Tuesday so Wednesday was my choice. Apparently there are filters that should be cleaned every month! Who knew!!?? Tech was very polite and knowledgeable.
