We called ACS because our water pressure had been bad for months. We knew we needed a new expansion tank, but weren’t sure if that would help at all. Bob K arrived and explained everything thoroughly, showed us that our expansion tank was bad and told us he would replace it and then recheck our pressure. With the new tank the pressure only improved slightly. Not enough to make a difference. His next suggestion was to try and adjust the valve on our main water line to see if it helped. Once he did that the water pressure did improve, but didn’t last long. We decided to go ahead and have him remove and replace the valve, as it was the original one from 2008. Not only was Bob K an excellent communicator, he was very kind and personable. He walked us through the entire process, every step of the way. Explaining in detail what he was doing. He had to cut through our wall, but made sure not to make too big of a hole. And when he was done he cleaned up the area completely. I think this was the best service we’ve ever had from a plumber. We were kept informed, the price was very reasonable, and Bob K was downright great! We will be calling ACS in the future when we need anything fixed.

Very good workmanship by the technician. Knowledgeable about the system and was very thorough in identifying the problem. Only problem was, naturally, the cost of the repair seemed excessive (not the fault of the technician).
