Would not recommend. They installed a mini split room air conditioner for us in 2021. This year it failed. They charged $176 to tell me the issue was caused by a part that is under warranty. The estimate to install that part was $2,795 (75 percent of the cost of the unit and installation 5 years ago). When I called to voice my concern last week, I was told I would get a call back that day to discuss. I am still waiting on that call back, but I have gotten several text messages reminding me to fill out a survey. So here it is.
