I really impressed with Armstrong's excellent customer service. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I have worked with them over the years and every time I call them for an issue, they have always attended to it within 24hrs. As recent as this past week when the temperature was in negative teens in Pittsburgh, I called them around 7AM for heating issues and they sent a technician before 11AM. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend this company if you want quick and efficient service.

After seven years of build up, I called Armstrong Comfort Solutions on Friday to see if one of their plumbers could come out and clean my very "icky" shower drain. I was able to get an appointment for the next Monday, and Dominic was assigned to the task. He did a very thorough job, checking our water pressure, cleaning out the hair and "ick" out of the drain, and cleaning out the sink drains as well, making sure everything was flowing smoothly. He was very respectful of our space and left the project in apple-pie order. I am very grateful to have this "icky" task finally checked off my to-do list.
