Incompetent or crooks? They deserve a negative 5 stars. My ac wasn’t working so I had them come out being “professionals” since I couldn’t figure it out. They came out and said it was low on charge. It would be $800 to fill it “if it holds”. I have a 15 year old system. I declined them doing that. I looked at it again and got the contractor was burnt up. I replaced the contractor for $13. The system came on. So I don’t even know how they figured it was low without it running. But going by what they said I had another local company come out and check it. It is actually a little over charged. So I don’t know if they are crooks or completely incompetent.
