Very friendly technician who was highly knowledgeable and quickly fixed my A/C which was flooding my basement. He gave me several great tips and suggestions for monitoring the unit to make an informed decision on if it needs replaced rather than trying to immediately sell a new unit.

Connor was great. He really wanted to fix our ac unit that is older than he is. He did great. Checked everywhere to try to find the numbers he needed to match up the capacitor inspite of the years of weather wearing all the tags to the point they could not be read. House is cooling and all is well.

Ryan was very efficient, personable and friendly. His expertise was amazing and he was able to answer the (50, joking) questions we continually asked him! He repaired and installed all that we asked and was very patient with our requests. We will definitely call Armstrong again for any needs we have in the future!
