Connor came by to do our winter checkup via our Peace of Mind agreement. All was fine except for the humidifier attached to our furnace. After a special piece was made, he came back to install it. Connor was friendly and explained everything.

The old oil furnace was sooting excessively. We were using One Hour Heating until they kept messing up the service call the last two years. We decided to go with Armstrong Comfort Solution. They were out within the hour of our furnace stop running. The tech (Shane) knew immediately that the problem was a plugged furnace. They brought over 3 heaters for us to use while we decided whether to put more money in the old oil furnace or get a new one along with air conditioning. We decided to purchase everything new. Installation of the air conditioning is being done today. All the workers are courtesy and knowledgeable. At no time did they try to sell us a new furnace. It was completely our choice because the wife wanted air conditioning installed in the house.

27 year old gas furnace stopped working late evening on a Monday. Familiar with the company name in the area and used their website to book a next day appointment. The window of time I was given was accurate and the office was in regular communication with me on the actual time of the pending appointment. Chris the tech was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and friendly. He diagnosed the problem, showed me the broken component and replaced it in short order. Back up and running in a few hours. While I could have purchased the replacement part for SIGNIFICANTLY less myself, diagnosing the problem and buying the correct part for my old furnace is another thing. The part was insignificant compared to actually having someone knowledgeable here hands on to get the job done right. If the replacement part was even reasonably priced I would give 5 stars. Chris gets 5 stars for his work.
