March 2025 – Get Lucky! Email List Contest

Official Rules & Regulations

1) Sponsor:

Armstrong Comfort Solutions® (the “Sponsor”) is the organizer and sponsor of this promotion.

2) How to Enter:

1. To enter, participants must sign up for the Armstrong Comfort Solutions email list during the contest period, beginning 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on March 2, 2025, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on March 29, 2025.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Written entries may be submitted by mailing a postcard with the participant’s full name, mailing address, email address, and daytime phone number to:

   All mailed entries must be postmarked no later than March 29, 2025.
3. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical failures, human error, or any other reason.
4. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. The Sponsor will not acknowledge receipt of entries or confirm eligibility.

3) Eligibility:

1. The contest is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside within the Armstrong Comfort Solutions service area.
2. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child, including step-relations and household members) of Armstrong Comfort Solutions are not eligible.

4) Winning & Prize Details:

1. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
2. One (1) winner will be selected at random each week from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted by a Sponsor employee or a designated third-party sweepstakes administrator.
3. Each winner will receive one (1) Stanley 40 oz. Quencher H2.0 FlowState Tumbler (retail value: $45 USD). The actual color of the tumbler may vary.
4. No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers of the prize will be permitted, except in the event of unavailability, where the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided at the time of entry within 15 business days of the contest closing. Winners must respond within 72 hours and provide a valid Pennsylvania shipping address within the Armstrong Comfort Solutions service area to claim the prize. P.O. boxes are not eligible.
6. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7. The winner assumes all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
8. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

5) Other Terms & Conditions:

1. This contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The contest is void where prohibited by law.
3. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without notice, including in cases of fraud, technical issues, or any event beyond the Sponsor’s control.
4. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, miscommunications, lost or delayed entries, or any other error that may affect participation in this contest.
5. Sponsor assumes no liability for the prize once shipped. Any issues with the prize must be resolved with the manufacturer directly.
6. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Armstrong Comfort Solutions. Participants may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in the emails.
7. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Armstrong Comfort Solutions, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising out of participation in this contest or acceptance/use of any prize.
8. Any dispute related to this contest must be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.
