Heating the Hearts of Butler County Program
Official Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF BEING SELECTED.
Sponsor
The Heating the Hearts of Butler County Program is sponsored by Armstrong Comfort Solutions ("Sponsor").
Program Period
Nominations will be accepted beginning August 10, 2026, and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 30, 2026.
Eligibility
Nominees must:
- Be legal residents of Butler County, Pennsylvania.
- Own and occupy the nominated residence as their primary residence.
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Have an existing heating system that qualifies for replacement as determined solely by Armstrong Comfort Solutions.
- Be willing to participate in a home inspection and eligibility verification.
Employees of Armstrong Comfort Solutions and immediate family members are not eligible.
Nomination Process
Anyone may nominate an eligible homeowner by completing the online nomination form. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee selection.
Selection Process
This is not a lottery, sweepstakes, or random drawing.
Recipients will be selected based upon factors including, but not limited to:
- Demonstrated financial or personal need
- Condition of the existing heating system
- Proof of home ownership
- Safety concerns
- Installation feasibility
- Verification of eligibility
All decisions made by Armstrong Comfort Solutions are final.
Site Inspection
Selected finalists must permit Armstrong Comfort Solutions to inspect the property. Failure to cooperate with the inspection process may result in disqualification.
Installation
The selected recipient will receive, at no charge:
- A heating system selected during the 2026 program period by Armstrong Comfort Solutions based upon the home's needs, which can include any one of the following:
- Basic one-for-one heating system replacement
- Ducted one-for-one heating system replacement
- Multi-zone heating system
- Standard installation labor.
- Standard materials necessary for installation.
The Sponsor reserves the right to determine the make, model, size, efficiency rating, and type of equipment installed.
Exclusions
The program does not include work outside a standard installation, including but not limited to:
- Electrical upgrades
- Gas line modifications
- Structural modifications
- Asbestos abatement
- Mold remediation
- Chimney repairs
- Code upgrades beyond standard installation
- Cosmetic repairs
- Drywall or finish work
- Any other work deemed outside the scope of a standard residential HVAC installation
If extraordinary work is required, Armstrong Comfort Solutions reserves the right to determine whether the project remains eligible.
Recipient Notification
Potential finalists will be contacted using the information provided during nomination. If a nominee cannot be reached, declines participation, fails verification, or is otherwise found ineligible, Armstrong Comfort Solutions may select another recipient.
Publicity
By accepting the donated heating system, the recipient grants Armstrong Comfort Solutions permission to use their name, likeness, photographs, video, testimonial, and story for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Taxes
The recipient is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may result from acceptance of the donated heating system.
Limitation of Liability
Armstrong Comfort Solutions is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, late, lost, or misdirected nominations or for technical failures affecting submission.
Modification or Cancellation
Armstrong Comfort Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time if circumstances beyond its control make administration impractical or impossible.
Privacy
Information collected through the nomination process will be used solely for administering the Heating the Hearts of Butler County Program and in accordance with Armstrong Comfort Solutions' Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
The program is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
